Role Overview:As a STEM Graduate, you will:
- Support teachers with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment

- Foster an engaging, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth

Requirements:- A 2:1 bachelors degree or higher in a STEM-related subject from a Top 20 UK university
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a tutoring or teaching role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle and prevent disruptive behaviour
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed and advance in their studies
